Chocolate Crinkly Cookies

These have been a favorite in our house since we got married. I'll never forget making hundreds, literally, hundreds, to feed the people that were attending Maranatha Bible Camp during the summers when I worked there during high school. :) Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled 2 cups granulated sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 4 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1. In large bowl, mix butter, chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours. 2. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. 3. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar; roll around to coat and shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. 4. Black's Pizza Crust Recipe

1 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tablespoon yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tbls oil Warm water, yeast and sugar into a bowl. Let yeast activate for 5 minutes. Add oil, salt and flour. Stir with fork. Until flour is absorbed. Knead in the bowl for a few minutes or until smooth. Put it onto pizza pan and let rise. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.
