French Onion Dip Chicken



 FRENCH ONION DIP CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS


2 thin chicken breasts

Salt & black pepper

½ cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup Daisy French Onion Dip

1–1½ cups brioche bread crumbs

4 Tbsp butter, melted




DIRECTIONS


Pat chicken dry.

Season flour with salt and pepper; dredge chicken.

Coat chicken evenly with French onion dip.

Press brioche bread crumbs onto both sides.

Place on baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter

(2 Tbsp per breast).

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through

(165°F internal temperature).




Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
